'Christmas at the Front, 1915 - a Leicestershire Perspective' - a forty-minute talk about the Leicestershire Regiments on the front line in December 1915 with some consideration of the German viewpoint and in particular the author, Ernst Junger.

'The Commonwealth War Graves Commission' - a forty-minute talk about the work and history of the CWGC.

'The History of Publishing' three talks on the history of publishing, the development of the novel and publishing in the 19th century.
